Job Summary:
Teveo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Product Owner for our fulfillment systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing key applications that are critical to our organization’s operations. You will act as a bridge between business departments and IT, ensuring that application functionalities align with business needs and that any issues are swiftly resolved. Your technical expertise, combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills, will be essential in collaborating with software vendors and internal teams to implement and manage interfaces and integrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Application Ownership: Manage and take full responsibility for all applications related to the entire fulfillment process, encompassing areas from warehouse management to customer service. Understand how these applications are used, the problems they solve, and their functionality.
- Requirements Alignment: Collaborate with business departments to align application requirements and ensure they meet business needs.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with software vendors to implement new requirements and enhancements.
- Integration Management: Partner with IT teams to realize and maintain interfaces between fulfillment applications and other systems.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to the applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain thorough documentation of application configurations and processes. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Stellenanforderungen
Qualifications:
- Experience: Several years of experience in IT projects, ideally within an eCommerce environment, including both organizational and practical involvement (e.g., through configuration) in projects or application maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Willingness to get hands-on with software configuration; Nice to have: Proficient in ETL processes and APIs and ability of writing small REST/SOAP queries for a proof of concept.
- Basic Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of logistics processes and concepts.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrates an independent, solution-oriented, and team-oriented work style, with a proven track record in managing large software projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, enjoying the coordination of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

*Given the location-specific nature of our fulfillment systems, a willingness to be present on-site as required is essential in order to analyze, understand, and resolve any issues that may arise.
